From our farm to your table
Our menus are a reflection of our food philosophy — real food tastes better — which means every dish has an emphasis on fresh ingredients, organic veggies, sustainable practices, unwavering quality & local provenance.
We happily cater to all types of dietary preferences, and also have a dedicated menu for our smallest food critics. Whilst we’re not an exclusively vegetarian or vegan restaurant, our farm-to-table ethos leans heavily on our plant-based, back-yard-grown produce.
Whatever your palate,
you’re at home here.
Christmas Day
It’s more than just a day or a lunch — it’s a chance to cherish all the big, small, and in-between moments with loved ones. Christmas is all three of these combined.
We are offering two sittings:
11.00am – 1.30pm
2.00pm – 4.30pm
The experience is $185 per person, with pricing of $75 for children under 12.
A sample menu from last year is available below, with this year’s Christmas menu to be released on 5 November.
Christmas at St Georges is a long lunch made for slowing down with the people who matter most.
This year, we’ll be serving a relaxed three-course shared menu, shaped by the season and led by what’s coming from our gardens and trusted local growers. Generous, thoughtful dishes — bright, balanced, and made to be passed around the table.
Each course will be served to your table — no decisions on the day, no rush — just time to settle in beneath the grapevines or in the dining room, sharing stories, plates, and the rhythm of good company.
It’s a day full of feeling, big and small.
Seasonal.
Generous.
And best shared.

There’s nothing that lights head chef Francky up more than cooking for people just like you.
His hands-on approach in the garden moves with him to the kitchen, where he loves the challenge of combining ingredients in new & exciting ways.
Francky likes to think of himself as ‘the finisher’ rather than ‘the creator’ of the dish — he honours every ingredient by taking his time to creatively cook and present his meals with love, care and attention to detail.
